Uncon Networks

Connection Comes First Here.

If you're a good person, let's talk.

Uncon Networks are local professional groups built around genuine connection. We bring great people together, give them opportunities to really get to know one another, and create a community where business, collaboration, education, and new opportunities can happen naturally.

No referral quotas. No lead requirements. No payment penalties. No pressure to prove your value every time you walk into the room.

Just come and join a group that's full of good people. The rest will (and always does) grow from there.

There are some requirements, though.

1

Show Up

Members are expected to attend at least 50% of their Network’s meetings and events each year. You can't be everywhere all the time, we get it. But 50% attendance is required.

2

Choose One Specialty

Each member holds a specific specialty based on what they do best and who they serve. Industry overlap happens, and it is intentional. We know first-hand that complementary expertise creates more opportunities for connections, collaboration, and growth.

3

Take Care of Your Connections

When an Uncon member connects someone with you, we expect that you take exceptional care of them. We hold our members to a high standard, and serious or repeated service concerns may result in membership being revoked without a refund.

$400/year

Uncon Network membership is $400 per year and is a reoccuring annual charge. For every member that joins because you brought them in, you receive $100 off your next year's dues. Once you reach five members, we start paying you out.

Individual Uncon Network Dues: Some groups may also have local dues to cover expenses such as meeting space, food, video conferencing, or other chapter-specific costs. It all depends on how meetings are structured, and those dues are the resonsibility of each individual group.

Corporate Support

Your local Uncon Network isn’t on its own. We gladly provide ongoing support, resources, recruitment materials, and financial investment as your network grows. We plan events to help our groups stay connected to the larger Uncon community. We want local leaders focused on building a great network, not on figuring out everything behind the scenes themselves.

No Referral Requirements

There are no referral quotas, lead requirements, or minimum dollar amounts you need to generate for the group. We want members focused on building genuine relationships and making connections when they actually make sense.

That being said, if you are not actively working on helping make connections for your fellow members, leadership will work with you to help you find those opportunities.

Your Local Network Votes You In

Every new member is approved by a vote of their local Uncon Network. We don't want to make membership difficult or create an exclusive club. However, we do want to give the people in the room a voice in the community they’re building together.

We want members to feel confident in the people they meet through Uncon, both personally and professionally. The voting process helps protect that trust, maintain the quality of the group, and ensures new members are a good fit.
